About Us

The Research Team on Intelligent Computing and Manufacturing Optimization is composed of members from Liaoning Shihua University, Liaoning University, Northeast University, and New Jersey Institute of Technology in the United States, among other domestic and international universities. The team focuses on the interdisciplinary research at the intersection of artificial intelligence and intelligent manufacturing. Based on the discipline of computer science and technology, the team has established a three-in-one scientific research system encompassing “theoretical research-algorithm development-industrial application.” Through deep cooperation with international institutions such as the New Jersey Institute of Technology, the team continuously promotes the transformation and application of technological innovations in industrial

Research direction:

In the field of intelligent manufacturing system optimization, the system has overcome the linear/U-shaped/parallel/bilateral disassembly line balance problem, and developed a multi-resource constraint optimization algorithm based on Petri net modeling, and the relevant results have been applied by the leading automobile manufacturing enterprises. In the direction of intelligent computing and algorithm innovation, more than 30 kinds of intelligent algorithms such as leapfrog algorithm and chemical reaction algorithm have been successfully improved, forming a algorithm library with independent intellectual property rights; For the application of deep reinforcement learning, a distributed factory scheduling system based on PPO, DQN and other frameworks is constructed to realize intelligent decision making of multi-skill robots. In the field of industrial big data and meta-universe integration, a digital twin-driven manufacturing decision-making platform is developed to provide key technical support for the construction of smart cities.
